About the role

Interpret daily orders, pull and package orders for staging and/or loading onto trailers. Accurately process paperwork to complete orders through the system. Package and load orders to ensure maximum utilization of truck space without compromising quality of parts.

Responsibilities

• Forklift certified and safely operate a forklift
• Accurately pull, package, and stage orders to meet on-time delivery and quality targets while preventing damage during transport
• Accurately record, scan, and maintain paperwork
• Perform basic mathematical calculations
• Use basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Physically perform job duties, including heavy lifting with or without accommodation
• Maintain a good attendance record
• Work necessary overtime when required, which may include weekends
• Work any shift, which may include weekends
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

• Forklift certified
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and company operating or MRP/SAP systems
• Minimal to no travel requirements

Skills

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Proficient in using a scanner and company operating systems
• Basic Microsoft applications
