About the role
The Shipping Associate supports our compounding pharmacy operations by accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders while maintaining efficiency and organization within the facility. This role is part of the Operations team and reports directly to the Site Supervisor, with oversight from the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Utilize internal systems and technology to track, process, and ship packages
- Ensure all shipments are prepared and labeled correctly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Absorb inventory counts and stock organization
- Support operational needs across packaging, shipping, and fulfillment
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Flexibility to support different operational functions throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Qualifications
- Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment operations is preferred
- Familiarity with packaging and shipping processes is preferred
- Experience working in a regulated or healthcare environment is preferred
