Responsibilities
Perform quality and accuracy checks on incoming and outgoing materials
Complete documentation for shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions
Receive finished products and assemblies from production and prepare them for delivery
Pick, pack, and label materials, components, and equipment for shipment
Prepare kits for production orders and subcontracted supplier parts
Conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels
Ensure proper storage, preservation, and organization of materials
Coincide with internal teams to support production and customer delivery schedules
Requirements
A High School Diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or related work
The ability to read and interpret work instructions, correspondence, and shipping documents
Proficiency in software systems such as Outlook, SAP, and Microsoft Office
The ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift 40–50 lbs
Strong teamwork and communication skills
The ability to perform well in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with cross-training requirements
Qualifications
Current work authorization in the country of employment required
