Bringing Home the Dough

Employees are responsible for filling orders, counting, loading, and unloading products on incoming trailers according to the shipping schedule. This role requires demonstrating competency for all on-the-job activities that may affect product safety, legality, and quality. The position is physically demanding and requires the ability to handle heavy products, stoop, bend, and lift containers weighing up to 20 pounds.

Rising to the Challenge

• Ensures correct recording of product received from plant or other plants
• Loads and unloads to appropriate distribution areas to meet shipping schedules
• Maintains cleanliness of work area
• Performs other duties as directed by supervisor
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
• Performs other duties deemed integral to the job, including adherence to attendance policies and operating rules, policies, and procedures

Knead to Know

• One year shipping or related experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to read, comprehend, and record information applicable to the job required

Salary Range

$23.34 per hour
