About the role
Manage warehouse receiving, shipping, inventory, and optimize logistics for efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Follow all SOPs to perform job duties
- Identify and help solve problems to improve performance
- Document weights, batch numbers, lot numbers, and quality checks
- Clean machinery, room, and all auxiliary machinery during full, partial, and back-to-back cleanups
- Adhere to all cGMP requirements (including no fake nails, fake eyelashes, wearing close-toed and close-heeled shoes, no jewelry, etc.)
- Perform simple MRP transactions
- Manage shipping and receiving operations
- Manage warehouse inventory and cleanliness
- Assist in production areas as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience working in a warehouse setting
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Basic mathematical understanding
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and/or written instructions such as work instructions and SOPs
Working conditions
- 40 hours per week (primarily 8:30 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday)
- Occasionally lift 50–100 lbs
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment
