Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shipping and receiving activities
- Print pick sheets and shipment paperwork (BOLs, packing slips, etc.)
- Load and verify customer orders
- Operate propane sit-down forklifts and other mobile equipment
- Support inventory control and warehouse organization
- Train team members and promote safe work practices
- Lead safety meetings and support 5S initiatives
- Communicate with office personnel, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2-5 years of shipping/warehouse experience preferred
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Forklift experience required
- Experience with shipping systems, ERP systems, or warehouse software preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail
