Shipping and Receiving Customer Service Rep with Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Receives material and validate source, quantities, recipient(s), and invoice data.
• Segregate incoming material and forward to various departments and local/deployed detachments.
• Packaging and preparing material and documents for outgoing shipments.
• Coverage and receive financial approval to ship various outgoing packages across the US and worldwide.
• Maintain official shipping or transfer document files in Fiscal Year (FY) sequence.
• Maintain financial audit readiness for all documentation (inbound and outgoing).
• Care for financial approval documents in FY sequence.
• Collaborate with recipients to ensure all documentation is filled out and properly filed.

Qualifications

• Licence to operate a forklift.
• Minimum five years' warehousing experience within the DoD.
