Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Corvid Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support our Goldbug Manufacturing team. This role is responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming materials, verifying shipments against purchase orders, and accurately recording receipts in our ERP system. The ideal candidate is organized and helps keep inventory accurate and materials ready for production. Key Responsibilities Receive and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipmentVerify part numbers, quantities, and materials against purchase orders and packing slipsInspect deliveries for damage, defects, or shortages, using basic measuring tools as neededAccurately record incoming materials in the company's ERP systemReport shipment discrepancies or quality concerns to purchasing and quality teamsLabel and move materials to designated storage locations or stage them for productionMaintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area Qualifications Candidate must be a US CitizenHigh School diploma or equivalent1+ years of experience in a warehouse, shipping and receiving, or manufacturing environmentExperience entering receipts and tracking inventory in an ERP systemAbility to inspect materials for damage and verify part numbers, quantities, and specificationsForklift and pallet jack experience is a plus Basic computer skills and strong attention to detailAbility to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds About Corvid Corvid Technologies is a unique organization focused on analyzing, developing and manufacturing next generation technology for Aerospace, DoW, and commercial customers.
