About the Role

As the Shipping and Receiving Clerk 1, you will verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing products and shipments, prepare items for shipment, and maintain stockroom inventory. This role performs material handling functions including picking product, loading/unloading trucks, and supporting assembly lines, while following established procedures for inventory, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and supply materials to assembly lines and move materials between storage locations and shipping/receiving docks.
  • Verify and document incoming and outgoing shipments by comparing information against bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices.
  • Unpack, examine, and route incoming shipments; report defective materials and enter data into computer systems.
  • Use RF scanning equipment to complete material moves, ship products, and conduct basic inventory cycle counts.
  • Follow ERP, quality, safety, and environmental procedures during all shipping and receiving activities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship (no visa sponsorship available).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software.
  • Experience performing inventory cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, or other material handling equipment.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or high-volume warehouse environment.

Mental & Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. frequently.

Pay

$20.46 - $30.68 annually.
