Shipping and Receiving

About the role

The Warehouse Associate supports daily operations across Receiving, Picking, and Shipping to ensure accurate inventory flow, efficient order fulfillment, and on-time outbound processing. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and teamwork in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload delivery vehicles, inspect incoming shipments, reject damaged materials, and verify quantities against packing lists.
• Prepare receiving reports and stage materials for quality inspection.
• Assemble and fill customer orders, verify item accuracy, perform hand or scale counts, bag and label materials, and complete cycle counts.
• Conduct bin audits, resolve discrepancies, and stage racks for put‑away.
• Verify picked materials, consolidate and stage orders, manage masterload shipments, and coordinate with sales or trade teams for export orders.
• Process small parcel and freight shipments through the LMS system and customer portals, and schedule carrier pickups.
