Schedule
1st shift Shipping Coordinator: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday.
2nd shift Receiving Material Handler: 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM Monday – Thursday and 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Fridays (with approximately 30 days of training on 1st shift).
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Arrange and oversee inbound and outbound shipments
- Train on 1st shift for approximately 30 days (Receiving Material Handler)
Requirements
- 2+ years of shipping experience (Shipping Coordinator) or 2+ years of stockroom and receiving experience (Receiving Material Handler)
- Ability to operate SAP, MS Office, and shipping software
- Prior forklift experience (preferred for Shipping Coordinator; required for Receiving Material Handler)
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records
- Ability to utilize computer systems and inventory software
- Ability to perform basic math
- Longevity in prior work history
