Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support
• Assist customers in selecting mattresses and sleep products that meet their needs
• Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
• Process transactions and handle customer inquiries
• Achieve individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing training and product knowledge development

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Basic math and computer proficiency
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
