Position Overview
Responsible for the accurate receiving, processing, and shipments of materials, components, and finished goods within a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Essential Job Functions
- Receive incoming shipments and verify products against purchase orders, packing slips, and delivery documentation.
- Inspect incoming materials for accuracy, damage, and quality concerns.
- Accurately enter receiving and shipping information into appropriate system.
- Prepare customer orders for shipment including packing, labeling, palletizing, and staging freight.
- Cook out outbound shipments with carriers, drivers, and internal departments.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks when needed.
- Maintain organized warehouse locations and proper storage practices.
- Ensure shipping documentation is complete and compliant with company procedures.
- Aid in maintaining clean, safe, and efficient warehouse and dock areas.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shipping issues to leadership promptly.
- Perform inventory counts of shipping and receiving supplies when needed.
Safety- Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat and orderly space that promotes a safe work environment.
- Mandate and follow ALL NSA Safety and Housekeeping Policies.
- Ensure staff operate the equipment in a safe manner according to established training procedures.
- Report ANYTHING that appears unsafe, from your functional department’s perspective, which includes, the authority to shut down ANY task/operations that you feel may be unsafe.

Qualifications
- Education & Certifications: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: 1 year of office administration/inventory management experience

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for duration of shift.
