• Extensive sit-down forklift experience
• Previous shipping experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with loading and unloading flatbed trailers
• Able to identify, count and sort material accurately
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, email, and ERP
• High level of safety awareness
• Possess a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated
• Willingness to learn current and new processes
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted on a routine basis
• Ability to work both afternoon and midnight shift
