About the role

The Shipper Checker position involves safely operating a forklift, performing computer work, building orders, billing out completed loads, and loading trucks. This role requires the ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift
• Perform computer work
• Build orders
• Billing out when loads are complete
• Loading trucks
• Practice housekeeping
• Work overtime as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a stable work history
• Demonstrated ability to show up to work as scheduled
• Previous forklift driving experience preferred
• Must have the ability to work with a safety-first mindset and actively participate in safety culture

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Must be able to perform basic math
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Must be able to work well with others

Skills

• Ability to work with a safety-first mindset and actively participate in safety culture
• Previous forklift driving experience preferred
• Computer skills
