About the role

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare prescriptions and other pharmacy products for shipment.
• Accurately label and process outgoing orders using FedEx Webservices, Canada Post Desktop, and other shipping platforms.
• Verify order accuracy, track shipments, and update order statuses in internal systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Affiliate in inventory management, including stock counts and restocking supplies.
• Follow Required Operating Procedures (ROPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate closely with the Fulfillment team to meet daily shipping targets.
• Communicate with couriers and internal departments to resolve shipping issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, safety, and confidentiality regulations.

Requirements

• Experience in shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse operations (pharmacy or healthcare experience an asset).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Intermediate proficiency in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
• Familiarity with shipping software (FedEx, Canada Post) preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 lbs as needed.

Competitive salary: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
