Priority Health Medical Treatment Information

As of July 1, 2022, non-grandfathered group health plans and health insurance issuers are required to publish on their public website machine readable files containing:

• information regarding in-network rates for covered care
• information regarding out-of-network allowed amounts and billed charges for covered care

The data files contained in these links are very large and may require extra time to download.

Please note that the requirement to publish machine readable files regarding prescription drug coverage has been postponed pending additional guidance from federal agencies.
