Shipper - 1st Shift

About the role

The Shipper is responsible for prepping and packaging units according to customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with prep/paint area.
• Remove all tape/prepping material from units.
• Add nameplates, assembly lids, hardware as required by order.
• Package and weigh units.
• Prepare SAP shipments.
• Clean work/storage area and check inventories.
• Participate in the company’s suggestion, quality, efficiency, and cost‑savings programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1‑2 years of shipping experience preferred.

Skills

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Ability to stand on feet and move around for up to 8‑12 hours per day.

Schedule

1st shift: Monday‑Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
