Description

IAG1 is Launch Bonus Eligible. The bonus is $10,000 pre-tax. Eligibility Criteria: Must be located at a site outside of 50 miles from the launch site. This is determined by the distance from the candidate’s home site to the launch site Has not received another launch bonus within the current calendar year Hired within 30 days of first receive (FR) Collection of Funds: When a candidate accepts an offer with a bonus, it will be automatically paid out 3 weeks prior to their start date There Are Certain Situations In Which The Employee Would Need To Pay Back The Launch Bonus. In All Cases The Bonus Will Be Prorated Based On The Time In Service At The New Launch Site. These Scenarios Include: If the candidate leaves Amazon voluntarily or involuntarily within 12 months of receiving the launch bonus. If the candidate is demoted from the role voluntarily or involuntarily within 12 months of receiving the bonus. If the candidate fails to start at the new site. If the candidate chooses to laterally transfer to another site within 6 months of the launch.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with multiple shipping companies and their contacts.
• Use multiple shipping company’s software to ship and track packages.
• Cookier trailers to corresponding dock doors and cross docks using OMA tool.
• Ensure proper processes are followed with the Trailer Dock Release program.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent diploma 1+ year of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach with or without reasonable accommodation

Pay and Schedule

• The starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select.
• Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.

Schedule

• As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses.
