Responsibilities

• Show hospitality to team members and guests alike
• Become an expert on the Shinola brand and products
• Connect guests with products meant to be lived in, well loved, and worn out
• Build in-store relationships through meaningful outreach to guests
• Learn new technologies like Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook & Teams, and Zipline
• Keep the store clean, presentable, and stocked
• Regularly and consistently abide by Time & Attendance policies and all other policies and procedures
• Regularly and consistently abide by the Standards of Conduct and Ethics

Pay

Compensation type: hourly. Starting pay ranges from $19.61 to $21.75 per hour, negotiable based on previous experience and qualifications.

Eligible employees can participate in a monthly bonus program if the store exceeds monthly sales volume targets. Bonus eligibility and amounts depend on job title and sales performance.
