The Shingle Roofing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation of shingles on residential and commercial properties. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation process from start to finish
• Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and company policies
• Manage a team of roofers, providing guidance and feedback
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

Requirements

• At least 2 years of roofing experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of roofing materials and techniques
• Experience with roofing software (optional)
