Responsibilities
- Directs and supervises a team of roofers and helpers.
- Ensures adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Manages project timelines and budgets.
- Communicates effectively with clients and contractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
- At least 5 years of roofing experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
