About the role

Responsibilities
- Drive to various customers' homes or businesses to perform services specific to their needs.
- Call upcoming customers on the way to the job to alert them of your arrival.
- Meet customers face-to-face to ensure expectations are met on the job day.
- Suggest additional services the customer may consider.
- Complete a post-job inspection and meet with the customer to review the work.
- Accept and process customer payments through mobile payment technology.
- Recap the day's work at the Shine office, ensuring the vehicle is clean and ready for the next day's work.
Requirements
- Must like to work with people
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift and carry a ladder up to 30 pounds
- Must not be afraid of heights
- Must be able to work outside
- Must want to work in a leadership capacity

Pay
Starting between $17-27 per hour with potential for commissions and bonuses. You decide how much you can make!
