SHINE Open Enrollment Scheduler

About the role

Assist the SHINE (Serving the Health Insurance Needs of Everyone) Regional Office with scheduling appointments for Medicare beneficiaries during the Medicare annual open enrollment period, October 15 through December 7.

Responsibilities

• Manage the online scheduling portal
• Spend considerable time scheduling appointments by telephone

Requirements

• Experience in an office setting
• Ability to operate a computer, including MS Office suite
• Ability to use remote technology

Schedule

Flexible schedule that fluctuates depending on demand, averaging 10 hours per week. Assignment runs September 15, 2026 through November 30, 2026.

Pay

$19.30 per hour.
