Shift Supervisor - Residential Center for Healing and Resilience

Successful candidates will have a once-in-a-career opportunity to be a part of the opening of our new Residential Center for Healing and Resilience, a 64-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) for youth at our beautiful 258-acre Hands of Promise Campus in Idaho's Treasure Valley.
As a Shift Supervisor for the Residential Center for Healing and Resilience, you will lead and supervise the direct care staff working in the program, helping to nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho's youth.

Responsibilities
- Leads up to 20 staff and/or interns assigned to them to provide outstanding care to youth and complete all required tasks
- Assists with on-boarding and training Youth Care Providers
- Carries out duties and tasks in accordance with the program's standards and procedures and ensures that other direct care staff do the same
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have a valid Idaho driver's license or obtain one within 15 days of hire
- Must possess one of the following:
- High School diploma or equivalent and three years full-time experience in a children's residential facility
- Associate's degree and two years full-time experience in a children's residential care facility
- Bachelor's degree and one year full-time experience in a children's residential care facility
Schedule
This position works 3/12s (three 12-hour shifts), Thursday–Saturday with rotating Wednesdays from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
