SHIFT SUPERVISOR (PART TIME)

About the role

Morrison Living is hiring immediately for part‑time Shift Supervisor positions at Cedarbrook Fountain Hill, 724 Delaware Avenue, Fountain Hill, PA 18015. Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Morrison Living maintains a drug‑free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Prior supervisory experience required.

Pay

$20.00 per hour to $21.00 per hour.

Schedule

Part‑time schedule; day and mid shifts available. Hours and days may vary, including nights and weekends. Further details upon interview.
