SHIFT SUPERVISOR (PART TIME)
About the role
Eurest is hiring a part time SHIFT SUPERVISOR at Evan Updegrove - 6910 Fayetteville Road, Space #13, Durham, NC 27713. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule includes Friday: 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm, Wednesday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, and Thursday: 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm. More details will be provided during the interview.
Responsibilities
- Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
- Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
- Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
- Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
- May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Leadership and customer service experience preferred.

Pay
$18.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour
Schedule
Part time schedule. Friday: 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm, Wednesday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, and Thursday: 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm.
