SHIFT SUPERVISOR (PART TIME)

About the role

Morrison Healthcare is hiring a part-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR at Danbury Hospital. The position requires previous food service and nutrition experience and offers competitive pay ranging from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour. Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift
• Oversight of assigned job expectations while maintaining policies and procedures
• Provide training and create work schedules
• Evaluate the performance of workers and manage disciplinary actions
• Prepare production or sales reports for management
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding complaints or time off requests
• May serve as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal setting and advancement

Qualifications

• Previous food service and nutrition experience required
