Shift Supervisor, On-Road Operations (Overnight)

About the role

Nuro is seeking individuals to join our rapidly growing team. This role will be critical in supporting Nuro's strategic shift towards licensing its autonomous driving technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential licensees
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for licensing
• Prepare and present licensing proposals to interested parties
• Manage the negotiation process for licensing agreements
• Support the sales and marketing efforts for Nuro's autonomous driving technology

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales
• Strong understanding of autonomous vehicle technology and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful business development and sales
• Experience in negotiating and closing deals
• Knowledge of intellectual property and licensing processes
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
