Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all tasks of subordinates
• Ensure all equipment operates at peak efficiency to meet company goals
• Run production area, ensuring correct quantities and specifications are met
• Accurately record goods produced and problems encountered
• Perform mold changes with the Machine Operator
• Ensure product quality
• Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures
• Ensure a safe working environment
• Correctly record time and attendance
• Conduct performance evaluations
• Attend meetings with Production Manager
• Review employee concerns and issues

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical engineering background
• Supervisory experience, preferably in the plastics industry
• Good process knowledge

Qualifications/Skills

• Computer literate
• Ability to train personnel
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs

6:30pm - 7:30am (Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule)
