Shift Supervisor - Multi-Store

About the role

Drive store success by delegating tasks, ensuring operational and customer service standards are met. Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations and promote a positive store culture by embodying company standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and mentor team members, fostering skill development and providing performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Maintain a safe, compliant environment by adhering to regulations.
• Support nearby stores through local travel as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask, perform physical activities (bending, standing, reaching), and lift up to 20 pounds regularly, with assistance for up to 40 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old; in some states, 21+ for specific tasks.
• Experience in team leadership or collaboration to achieve goals.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way; mileage reimbursed beyond that.
