Shift Supervisor - Multi-Store

About the role

As a Multi-Store Supervisor, you'll drive store success by delegating tasks, mentoring team members, and ensuring operational and customer service standards across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating team members to deliver exceptional service
• Maintaining smooth store operations through hands-on involvement
• Fostering a positive, high-energy store culture aligned with company standards
• Ensuring safety and compliance with all regulatory standards
• Traveling locally to support nearby stores as needed

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and perform physical activities, including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 20 pounds, with assistance for up to 40 pounds
• Must be at least 18 years old; in some locations, 21 or older
• Experience in team leadership or collaboration
• Food service experience preferred but not mandatory
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles, with mileage reimbursement for longer distances
