Responsibilities
- Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner.
- Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available.
- Ensures customers are satisfied and that any inquiries, incidents and issues are reported in a timely manner.
- Able to complete all Car wash Attendant job duties.
- Understands how to troubleshoot basic XPT and DRB issues; follows “DRB Protocol”.
- Reads “Supervisor Level DRB” training course.
- Attends Preventative Maintenance Training and completes 5‑day Preventative Maintenance.
- Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code.
- Minimum 6 months as CWA before advancement.
- Job breakdown: 60% Customer Interaction, 30% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining), 5% Opening/Closing Procedures, 5% Basic Troubleshooting.
