Shift Supervisor / Keyholder

About the role

Burnt End BBQ and Catering is Kansas City's premiere BBQ joint, serving thick and juicy large portions of beef, steak, pork and poultry. The restaurant is seeking a full‑time Hourly Key Team Lead / Hourly Manager to join a team‑focused environment with no late nights. A strong focus on hospitality and guest service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers in running the restaurant as a keyholder, including opening and closing duties.
• Provide shift supervisory/shift lead support to ensure high‑quality food is prepared and served.
• Assist in the kitchen when necessary.
• Support operations leadership teams with finance and systems.
• Manage hourly team members.

Requirements

• 1+ years of current restaurant manager or shift leader experience.
• Demonstrated hospitality focus and strong guest‑service orientation.
• Leadership growth mindset and ability to support operational teams.
