SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

About the role

Location: Northeast GA Habersham - 541 Historic Highway, Demorest, GA 30535. Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees, develop staff, and encourage goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Willing to train.

Pay

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour
