SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

About the role

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR at Mass Gen Brigham EVS - 100 Members Way, Dover, NH 03820. Online applications are accepted only. The position offers a competitive pay range of $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift
• Oversight of assigned job expectations while maintaining policy and procedure
• Provide training and create work schedules
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off
• Maintain communication and collaboration with management and other departments
• Perform other duties as assigned
