SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

About the role

Location: Four Winds Hospital - 800 Cross River Road, Katonah, NY 10536.

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encourage goal-setting and advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior lead or supervisory experience required.

Schedule

Full-time; days may vary, 9:45 am to 7:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Pay

$20.00–$22.00 per hour.
