SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Location: Cedarbrook Nursing Home and Rehab - 350 South Cedarbrook Road, Allentown, PA 18104.

About the role

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience required.

Pay

Fixed pay rate: $20.00 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time schedule. Shifts available: 6:30 am to 3:30 pm, 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, or 3:00 pm to close, with rotating weekends. Days may vary. Further details upon interview.
