SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Location: Sisters of Charity - 4100 South 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS 66048

Schedule

• Full time: 10:00 am to 8:30 pm, rotating weekends and holidays

About the role

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. You’ll work with a talented and supportive team that makes a real impact in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet standards
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off
• Mentor employees, encourage goal-setting, and support advancement within the organization
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior supervisory and food service experience preferred
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation

Pay

$18.00 – $18.50 per hour
