SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About the role
Morrison Living is hiring an immediate full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position at Covenant Village - 1351 Robinwood Road, Gastonia, NC 28054. The schedule is full time, 5 days a week, from 11:00 am to closing, with rotating weekends. Details on specific days will be provided during the interview.
Responsibilities
- Provide training and create work schedules.
- Evaluate worker performance, rewarding high performers and disciplining underperformers.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding complaints or time-off requests.
- Act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal-setting and advancement within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Prior fine dining and hospitality experience is required.
