SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

About the role

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety
• Act as the contact person for employee complaints or requests for time off
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging them to set goals and strive for advancement
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Supervisory experience required

Schedule

Full time. Days may vary: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, 11:00 am – 7:30 pm, or 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm. Weekend availability needed.

Pay

$18.50 to $21.00 per hour
