SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. ESFM is the corporate Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) division of Compass Group USA and a Keystone member of the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). Rooted in hospitality, ESFM elevates the workplace experience as the single source of innovative FM solutions that ensure a safe, healthy, and sustainable environment. ESFM’s clients include many household names from Life Science, Technology, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing markets. ESFM self-performs 80% of all IFM solutions provided to clients, with a portfolio including Environment, Health & Safety, Facilities Maintenance & Engineering, Sustainability, Janitorial & Industrial Cleaning, Laboratory Support, and Workplace solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic cleaning knowledge and ability to lead.

Pay

Fixed pay rate: $18.00 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time schedule. Multiple shifts available. Days and hours may vary; more details provided upon interview.
