SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)
About the role
Morrison Healthcare is hiring full-time and part-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions at Fort Mill Medical Center - 1000 Wellness Way, Fort Mill, SC 29715. Online applications are accepted only. Schedules are available upon interview and may include full-time and part-time options, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends.
Responsibilities
- Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure assigned job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.
- Provide training and create work schedules.
- Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
- Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
- May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Skills
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.

Pay
$22.00 per hour to $27.25 per hour.
Schedule
Full-time and part-time schedules available upon interview.
