SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

About the role

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediate full-time and part-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions at Ocean Springs Hospital located at 3109 Bienville Boulevard, Ocean Springs, MS 39564. Online applications are accepted only. Schedules vary and more details will be provided during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift
• Oversight of assigned job expectations while maintaining policies and procedures
• Provide training and create work schedules
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off
• May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience required.

Pay

$14.00 per hour to $15.00 per hour.
