Schedule

9p-5:30A, Sunday‑Thursday

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee the activities of assigned Environmental Services staff to ensure assigned areas are properly cleaned and maintained in accordance with requisite standards of quality and safety.
• Assume responsibility for care of equipment, control of supplies, and counseling of employees.
• Make decisions regarding staffing of EVS personnel for appropriate shift to ensure adequate coverage.

Qualifications

• Education: H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) – Preferred; Associate's Degree – highly Preferred; Bachelor's Degree – highly Preferred.
• Work Experience: 1 year previous Environmental Services and/or healthcare experience required; previous supervisory experience – Preferred; equivalent education may be substituted for experience – Preferred.
• Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver’s license (DL NUMBER) and adherence to Piedmont's Healthcare Vehicle Safety Program Policy 3500 – required upon hire; Registered/Certified Executive Housekeeper (REH/CEH) – required; Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional (CHESP) – Preferred.
