Shift Supervisor- Dunkin'

Applegreen USA operates over 80 travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest, providing convenience, comfort, retail, and an extensive range of food options such as Auntie Anne’s, Burger King, Chick‑Fil‑A, Cinnabon, Dunkin’ Donuts, Panda Express, Panera, Popeyes, Pret, Shake Shack, Starbucks, and many more.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service, engage positively with travelers, and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, accurately process and receive payments, and follow cash‑handling policies.
• Ensure proper food‑handling procedures, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen‑related tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Actively cross‑sell and up‑sell products.
• Maintain solid knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food‑safety requirements, and all company policies and procedures.
• Inform plaza leadership of any observations, concerns, or problems.
• Execute a variety of other tasks as assigned.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Cash handling and customer service experience (required).
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience (preferred).
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, twisting, and lifting of at least 40 pounds.
• Capability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, and to converse comfortably with customers.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
