Shift Supervisor

About the Role

As Shift Supervisor at Selko, a Nutreco company, you will lead production operations, develop high-performing teams, and ensure the safe, efficient, and quality-focused manufacturing of products that support livestock producers around the world. Selko delivers specialty feed additive solutions that help optimize animal performance, improve sustainability, and create value for customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership for production teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations
• Coordinate daily production activities
• Optimize staffing and scheduling
• Maintain quality and HSE standards
• Monitor performance against KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop people and deliver meaningful business results

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
• Ability to manage production schedules and staffing priorities
• Experience working cross-functionally with maintenance, supply chain, and operations teams
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement capabilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Schedule

• B - Weekday Nights (6 pm - 6 am): Week 1: Mon/Tue/Wed, Week 2: Mon/Tue/Wed/Thurs
• C - Weekend Day (6 am - 6 pm): Week 1: Fri/Sat/Sun, Week 2: Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun
