Shift Supervisor

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the safe and healthy work environment based on the plants safety action plan
• Support Quality initiatives based on customer specifications and Customer Experience Pillar
• Ensure coordination of resources based on daily operational schedule
• Ensure accuracy of transactions within IQMS
• Ensure proper time and attendance of 2nd shift employees
• Maintain meeting/exceeding performance metrics expectations based on machine and plant KPI’s
• Direct continuous improvement initiatives with effective utilization of GPS Tool box
• Ensure communication and employee engagement
• Work with Plant Manager and Human Resources on any plant employee related concerns or grievances

About the Role

This position is located at our Franklin Park, IL Facility. We’d Love To Hear From You If Willing to work nights – 8 hour shifts (M-F) with occasional weekends required

Requirements

• Supervisory experience working in a Union environment in a manufacturing environment
• Bi-Lingual – Spanish & English (would be a plus but not an absolute)
• 3-5 years in supervision or operational leadership with progressive responsibilities
• Thermoforming/Plastics Processing Experience
