We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present. Must not repeat job title. Must include only sections with real content. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Mission/Vision statements: "Our Mission is to empower people on their journey to recovery..." and "Our Vision is to revolutionize healthcare..." This is introductory prose. Could be placed in a

maybe under a heading? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. We need to decide sections: Possibly "About the role" (mission/vision), "Responsibilities" (Essential Duties And Responsibilities), "Requirements" (Education/Licenses, Experience, Skills, Miscellaneous Requirement(s), Physical Demands, Work Environment), "Benefits" (benefits paragraph), "Pay" (Salary/Hourly Wage, Sign-On Bonus), "Schedule" (Shift Details). Also maybe "Qualifications" but we can combine. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for Pay: $42.00 - $43.00/hour, Sign-On Bonus: $2000.00. So we can include Pay section. Schedule: Shift Details: Nights - 7:00PM-7:30AM Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Every other Wednesday. So we can include Schedule. Benefits: The paragraph about benefits: health, dental, vision, mental health resources, wellness programs, retirement plan with company matching, generous PTO, professional development, supportive inclusive environment. So Benefits section. Responsibilities: The "Essential Duties And Responsibilities" with bullet-like paragraphs. We can turn each duty into

  • under
. The text includes multiple paragraphs: Team Leadership, Guest Care & Advocacy, Compliance & Risk Management, Additional Duties. We'll list each as li. Requirements: Education/Licenses, Experience, Skills, Miscellaneous Requirement(s), Physical Demands, Work Environment. Could be separate sub-sections but we can combine under Requirements with lists. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, second-chance employer statements, accommodation request, etc. Also must not include the long list of state addenda (Arizona, California, etc.)? Those are part of Licensure details but they are quite detailed. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include those state-specific licensure details? They are part of the posting under "ADDENDUM – Arizona Education ..." etc. They are substantive. Should we include them? They are under Licensure details. Might be considered part of Requirements. We should include them as they are specific licensure requirements per state. However they are quite long; but we must preserve all substantive info. So we need to include them. But we also need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The state addenda are not boilerplate; they are specific licensure details. So we keep them. We also have "Recovery Innovations is committed to providing equal employment opportunities..." that's EEO boilerplate; remove. Also "We are a Second-Chance Employer" etc. Remove. Also "Benefits/perks listed above may vary depending on the nature of your employment..." that's boilerplate; remove? It's about benefits variation; maybe considered boilerplate but it's substantive? It's a disclaimer; likely considered boilerplate; we should remove. Also "The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors..." that's boilerplate about compensation; remove? It's not specific salary info; it's generic. Might be considered boilerplate; but we already have specific salary. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The wage range disclaimer may be considered legal boilerplate; but not explicitly listed. Safer to remove? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The wage range disclaimer is not substantive detail about the job; it's a generic statement. I'd remove it. Also "At Recovery Innovations compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case." Remove. Also "Recovery Innovations is a second chance employer and we evaluate all qualified applicants fairly, including those with criminal histories, in accordance with legal and funder requirements." Remove. Also "If you need assistance and/or reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or the recruiting process, please send a request via the Accommodation request form." Remove. Also "We are a Second-Chance Employer" etc. Remove. Also "Must be able to pass a seven-year background check." etc. Those are substantive requirements; keep. Also "Must be able to pass substance abuse testing and/or tuberculous testing (if applicable)." Keep. Also "Must be able to pass education verification check." Keep. Also "Must be able to obtain designated fingerprinting clearance in applicable states." Keep. Also "Must be able to pass three-year motor vehicle report and meet minimum eligibility requirements criteria of insurance carrier (if driving is required for this position)." Keep. Also "A Direct Service Competency Checklist must be completed as part of the new hire onboarding process." Keep. Also "Physical Demands May include work close to the eyes and substantial motions of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, handling, finger dexterity; eye-hand-foot coordination, use of corrected vision; color vision; use of auditory senses. May be required to lift up to twenty (20) pounds." Keep. Also "Work Environment May work in an office environment or behavioral health facility. May have contact with individuals who are agitated and/or confused. Work may include travel throughout the geographic region." Keep. Also the mission/vision statements: keep as prose maybe under a heading "About the role" or just as introductory

      before sections. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have an

      About the role

containing mission/vision. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll structure:

      About the role

      Mission statement...

      Vision statement...

      Responsibilities

      • Team Leadership: Provides leadership, coaching and supervision for all staff on assigned staff. Guides the implementation of the discharge planning process.
      • Guest Care & Advocacy: Completes assessments for individuals brought to the facility, developing treatment plans and recovery solutions in partnership with the individual. Partners with the individual to obtain collateral information from the individual’s support team such as family members, friends, case managers and other area programs.
      • Compliance & Risk Management: Determines a provisional diagnosis, obtains documentation of medical necessity and submits authorizations for service in a timely fashion. Completes clinical documentation as required. Ensures Incident Reports are initiated, completed, reviewed and submitted according to policy. Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all Recovery Innovations policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified. Understands and adheres to Recovery Innovations compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
      • Additional Duties: Performs other related duties assigned.

      Requirements

We need to break down into sublists maybe Education/Licenses, Experience, Skills, Miscellaneous Requirement(s), Physical Demands, Work Environment. Could use
        with
      • each containing subpoints. Or we could have nested
          . Simpler: each requirement as
        • with details. Education/Licenses: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university. Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required. Independent Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field preferred. State designation as required per state regulations. Then list state-specific licensure details: we need to include all those ADDENDUM sections. They are quite many. We'll include them as separate
        • maybe under a subheading? But we cannot add extra headings beyond the allowed list? The instruction only says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use

for section headings (list). It might be okay to use

only for those sections; we could still use

for subheadings. Safer to avoid extra headings. We'll just include them as

        • paragraphs. Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience required. Skills: Ability to complete comprehensive psychosocial assessments and treatment plans. Basic computer skills. Effective communication skills. Excellent documentation skills. Must be able to pass de-escalation training, as defined by state requirements. Miscellaneous Requirement(s): Must be at least 18 years old unless residing in a state where funder or government regulations set a different minimum age requirement. Travel required based on business need. Successful complete and meet all requirements of the comprehensive credentialing process. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality (HIPAA guidelines and regulations) and professionalism. Must be able to pass a seven-year background check. Must be able to pass substance abuse testing and/or tuberculous testing (if applicable). Must be able to pass education verification check. Must be able to obtain designated fingerprinting clearance in applicable states. Must be able to pass three-year motor vehicle report and meet minimum eligibility requirements criteria of insurance carrier (if driving is required for this position). A Direct Service Competency Checklist must be completed as part of the new hire onboarding process. Physical Demands: May include work close to the eyes and substantial motions of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, handling, finger dexterity; eye-hand-foot coordination, use of corrected vision; color vision; use of auditory senses. May be required to lift up to twenty (20) pounds. Work Environment: May work in an office environment or behavioral health facility. May have contact with individuals who are agitated and/or confused. Work may include travel throughout the geographic region. Now the state addenda: We need to incorporate them. They are under Licensure details. We could add them as part of Education/Licenses bullet, but they are long. Perhaps we can add a separate

          Licensure (State Specific)

but that's not in the allowed list. However the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't say we cannot have other headings, but to be safe we could incorporate them under Requirements as a nested list with a

preceding them like "State-specific licensure details:" then

            . That seems okay. We'll add a

            State-specific licensure details:

            then
              with each state as
            • . Now Benefits section:

              Benefits

We offer competitive health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as access to mental health resources and wellness programs. We offer a strong retirement plan with company matching and generous paid time off to support work-life balance. In addition, we
