About the role

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program is a 16-week training experience designed to build hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities. This role is for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment, and is ready to take the first step toward leadership. You'll work closely with an experienced General Manager to develop the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path toward Assistant General Manager.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• At least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment
• Love working with people and bring positivity to every interaction
• Lead by example, take ownership of your work, and hold yourself to high standards
• Stay motivated and goal-oriented, even when the pace picks up
